SUMMER MISSION TRIP FOR ADULTS AND YOUTH
We will be going to Lutheran Valley Retreat in Woodland Park, CO. The Mission Trip dates will be Sunday, July 27 through Friday, August 1, 2014.
Adults and Youth (currently in at least 7th grade) are eligible to attend. The total cost of the week is $350 per person, which includes either rafting or climbing for part of one day. We ask each participant to pay $100 towards the week’s trip. The remainder of the cost will be or has been raised through fundraisers at Ascension. By April 13, we ask each participant to sign a commitment form and pay a non-refundable $75 fee. This is what we need to pay now in order to reserve spots at the camp for the week. If assistance is needed with the fee, let us know. The additional $25 per person will be due by June 1.
