Front Range Flu Shots, LLC will be providing flu shots in the Church Office on September 30 between 9-10:30 a.m. Insurance card must be presented at time of service. Co-payments may apply. (See Bulletin Board for accepted Insurance plans.) Cost When Not Covered by Insurance & Age Policies: $35.00 Quadrivalent Flu Shot: 4 years or older; $75.00 Fluzone High Dose Shot: 65 years or older. Fluzone High Dose: Upon Availability.
