Congregational Baby Shower for Christa Kirschner
Save the Date!! You won’t want to miss the congregation-wide baby shower for Christa and Ian Kirschner on Sunday, November 4, at noon (following the second service). Christa is our Youth Coordinator and as a team, they teach high school youth on Wednesdays. Christa sings with the youth band, and Ian lends his technical expertise to our website, electronic giving, and other programs. They’re active in our young adult programs at Ascension.
Christa and Ian are expecting their first child in November. To help them celebrate, we’re throwing a baby shower on November 4. We’ll provide drinks and light snacks. Feel free to contribute a gift, or just come to express your congratulations at this time in their lives. (They’re registered at Target, if you’re interested.) This shower isn’t just for girls and women—all are welcome to join us! No need to sign up, just come if you can to the fellowship hall that day.
