Please use the below form to submit a prayer request.  You can mark the prayer request to be sent to people on the prayer chain, to be printed in the Sunday bulletin, or both. 

Remember that prayer is intended to lift-up those who are down-cast, to encourage those who are discouraged, and to support those who need God's strength, God's love, and God's peace.

Prayer requests that are to be printed in the Sunday bulletin should be submitted by Wednesday at noon.  If you miss this deadline, please contact Kathie Harvey at (303) 794-4636 to find out if the prayer request can still make it into the bulletin, or at a minimum be announced during the church service.
